Urinary tract infection

Καλησπέρα σας, 1/1 γέννησα με φυσιολογικό τοκετο.αφου πήγα σπίτι και ήταν όλα καλά, στην 7η με 8η μέρα με έπιασε τσούξιμο στην ουρηθρα όταν ουρω αλλά χωρίς να έχω συχνοουρια. Έκανα μια γενική ουρων και βγήκαν τα πυοσφερια 6 με 8. Τι μπορεί να είναι?είναι σίγουρα ουρολοιμωξη?? Ο γιατρός μου μου είπε να μην πάρω αντιβίωση λόγω ότι θηλάζω.
