Συνεχείς ουρολοιμώξεις και ατροφική κολπίτιδα μετά από υστερεκτομή και καρκίνο ωοθήκης
Καλησπέρα .Από το 2015 και μετά περίπου μία φορά τον χρόνο παθαίνω ουρολοιμώξεις .Έχω κάνει υστερεκτομη και διαγνώστηκα το 2018 με καρκίνο στην ωοθήκη .Έκανα χημεοθεραπειες και μέχρι σήμερα είμαι καλά .Στα τεστ Παπ που κάνω στο πόρισμα πάντα μου γράφουν ότι έχω ατροφική κολπιτιδα ..Τον τελευταίο χρόνο ταλαιπωρούσε συνεχώς με επαναλαμβανόμενες ουρολοιμώξεις και κολπιτιδες και έχω πάρει του κόσμου τις αντιβιωσεις .Έχω κάνει κυστεοσκόπηση έχω πάρει προβιοτικα μανοζη αλλά το πρόβλημα δεν λύνεται .Εχω απελπιστει δεν ξέρω τι άλλο να κάνω

Σε ότι αφορά την ατροφικη κολπίτιδα, αν έχετε συμπτωματα καυσου στην περιοχή καλό θα ήταν να χρησιμοποιήσετε τοπικά ενυδατικα του κολπου. Σε ότι αφορά τις ουρολοιμωξεις ίσως θα πρέπει να πάρετε προφυλακτική αγωγή για μεγαλύτερο χρονικό διάστημα.
