Έχω ουρολοίμωξη, ποτά φωσφοσίνη, αιμοσφαιρίνη στα ούρα, τι να κάνω;
Έπαθα ουρολοίμωξη, ποτά φωσφοσίνη και μου πέρασε αλλά έχω ακόμη ένα σταυρό αιμοσφαιρίνης στα ούρα τι κάνω?

Αν έχει μείνει ίχνος αίματος στα ούρα μετά την ουρολοίμωξη και την αγωγή με φωσφομυκίνη, συνήθως δεν είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό, αλλά καλό είναι να το παρακολουθήσεις. Μπορεί να οφείλεται σε ερεθισμό της κύστης που ακόμα δεν έχει επουλωθεί τελείως.
Αν δεν έχεις ξανακάνει καλλιέργεια ούρων, καλό είναι να την κάνεις τώρα για να βεβαιωθείς ότι έχει φύγει τελείως το μικρόβιο. Αν έχεις ξανά συμπτώματα (τσούξιμο, συχνουρία, πόνο), καλύτερα να το δει γιατρός για να κρίνει αν χρειάζεται άλλη αγωγή. Αν το ίχνος αίματος στα ούρα επιμένει πάνω από 2-3 εβδομάδες χωρίς λόγο, συνήθως γίνεται και υπέρηχος ουροποιητικού για να αποκλειστεί κάτι άλλο, όπω...ς πέτρα ή ερεθισμός από άλλη αιτία.
