Γιατί η αμυλαση ούρων είναι ανεβασμένη με φυσιολογικές άλλες εξετάσεις;

Καλησπέρα σας. Τους τελευταίους μήνες παρακολουθώ με εξετάσεις την αμυλαση ούρων η οποία είναι ανεβασμένη με τιμή 600 κ όριο 350. Η αμυλαση αίματος είναι φυσιολογική,οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις μου είναι πάντα φυσιολογικές κ δεν έχω κανένα πόνο ή κάποιο άλλο σύμπτωμα. Επίσης έχω κάνει υπέρηχο άνω κάτω κοιλίας, όπως κ μαγνητική για χολή πάγκρεας συκώτι κ είναι όλα καθαρά. Πού πιστεύετε ότι μπορεί να οφείλεται και τι άλλο θα μπορούσα να κάνω?
