καλημέρα είμαι άνδρας 73 χρόνων και έχω ορθότοπη νεοκύστη μετά από επέμβαση πριν από 12 χρόνια. Παρατηρώ τα τελευταία χρόνια μεγάλη δυσκολία στην ούρηση και σύμφωνα με τις μετρήσεις του ουρολόγου που με παρακολουθεί σε επαρχιακή πόλη. η ουρομετρία έδειξε, peak flow rate 19 ml/s, time to peak 11 s, όγκος ούρων 398 ml, flow time 99 s, voiding time 264 s. Μένουν αρκετά ούρα στη νεοκύστη, τι χρειάζεται να κάνω;.
