Αυξημένα κρύσταλλα ουρικού οξέος στα ούρα μετά από δίαιτα 2 μηνών, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 55 ετών. Κάνω δίαιτα εδώ και 2 μήνες και έχω χάσει 7 κιλά. Πρόσφατα στις ουρολογικές εξετάσεις, έδειξε αρκετά κρύσταλλα ουρικού οξέος. Έκανα υπέρηχο δεν έχω πέτρες ούτε άμμο. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ανέβηκε και το ουρικό οξύ στο αίμα; Τι με συμβουλεύετε να κάνω;
