Χρήση Miniflam gel με Arcoxia και Norgesic για πόνο στη μέση;
Καλημέρα σας, για πόνο έντονο και δυσκαμψία στη μέση με arcoxia και norgesic μπορώ να χρησιμοποιώ το gel Miniflam συγχρόνως το οποίο έχει κι αυτό αντιφλεγμονώδη ουσία; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για την όποια απάντηση!!

Καλημέρα σας .Ναι, γενικά μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ταυτόχρονα καθώς το Miniflam είναι τοπικό ΜΣΑΦ (αντιφλεγμονώδες), οπότε η συστηματική απορρόφηση είναι πολύ μικρότερη σε σχέση με τα από του στόματος φάρμακα όπως το Arcoxia.Το Arcoxia δρα συστηματικά και καλύπτει ευρύτερα τη φλεγμονή.Το Norgesic βοηθά κυρίως στη μυϊκή σύσπαση/σπασμό και πόνο, αλλά δεν είναι αντιφλεγμονώδες.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ απαιτείται στην δοσολογία του Arcoxia καθώς ανάλογα με την περιεκτικότητα λαμβάνεται μια ή δύο φορές την ημέρα. Επίσης ασθενείς με ιστορικό γαστρικών προβλημάτων, υπέρτασης, νεφρικής δυσλειτουργίας ή καρδιακής νόσου θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιούν τέτοια φάρμακα ...μόνο με καθοδήγηση ιατρού. Read more
