Μπορείτε να κάνετε άξονα ανασύσταση και θήκη, εξαγωγή και τοποθέτηση εμφυτεύματος και αν δεν υπάρχουν προϋποθέσεις για την πρώτη σας επιλογή και η δεύτερη σαν είναι δυσβάσταχτη Οικονομικά μπορείτε να προσχωρήσετε σε μια γέφυρα

Αν εχει μεινει εστω καποιο "δοντι" πανω απο τα ουλα θα μπορουσε να κατασκευαστει ενας χυτος ενδορριζικος αξονας κ μετα να τοποθετηθει καποια θηκη.αν δεν υπαρχουν οι καταλληλες προυποθεσεις γι'αυτο τοτε πρεπει η ριζα να εξαχθει κ να μπει εμφυτευμα αν γινεται,διαφορετικα καποια ακινητη εργασια (γεφυρα) με τα διπλανα δοντια.

Θα πρέπει να αξιολογηθεί το δόντι κλινικά και ακτινογραφικά. Είτε εάν είναι εφικτό και η οδοντική ουσία που απομένει είναι επαρκής θα καθαριστεί, θα απονευρωθεί και θα χτιστεί εκ νέου είτε θα εξαγχθεί το δόντι και θα πρέπει να συζητηθεί το προσθετικό σχέδιο θεραπείας από εκεί και μετά.
