Μπορεί η μη ειδική ειλεΐτιδα να είναι Κρον; Συμπτώματα και θεραπεία
Καλησπέρα στην μαγνητική εντερογραφία που έκανα γράφει ήπια ομότιμη πάχυνση 7mm προ της ειλεοτυφλικής βαλβίδας και ενεργός φλεγμονή στον τελικό ειλεό τουλάχιστον 6cm. Ευρήματα μη ειδικής ειλεΐτιδας. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι Κρον. Έχω συχνά αρκετό πόνο χαμηλά και δεξιά και διάρροιες. Μόνο το ibutin με βοηθάει Ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας!

Πρέπει να υποβληθείτε σε κολονοσκόπηση προκειμένου να ληφθούν βιοψίες από τον τελικό ειλεό.

Βέβαια θα μπορούσε να είναι Crohn. Θα πρέπει να κάνετε κολονοσκόπηση και πιθανόν και γαστροσκόπηση (σε αμφίβολες περιπτώσεις μπορεί τα ευρήματα από τη γαστροσκόπηση να δίνουν απαντήσεις) ώστε να ελεγχθεί το έντερο και να παρθούν βιοψίες.
