Η κόρη μου έχει στοματικά έλκη, άφθες. Μπορεί να είναι Κρον;
Γεια σας! Η κόρη μου έχει από την εφηβεία στοματικά έλκη, άφθες! Έχουμε δοκιμάσει ό,τι υπάρχει σε φάρμακα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχει Κρον?

Θα μπορούσε, όπως και κάποιες άλλες παθήσεις.

Αν δεν έχει εντερικά συμπτώματα, όχι. Υπάρχουν και άλλα νοσήματα που συνδέονται με υποτροπιάζουσες άφθες και υποτροπιαζοντα έλκη στο στόμα. Να εξεταστεί από ιατρό

Ναι. Και πρέπει να αποκλεισθεί.
ΔΕΝ έπρεπε να έχετε συζητήσει με τον γαστρεντερολόγο σας γι'αυτήν την πιθανότητα (ΚΑΙ για ελκώδη κολίτιδα) και να έχετε κανονίσει ενδελεχή έλεγχο για το παιδί;;
(Αποκλείοντας και άλλες πιθανές αιτίες...)
Δεν είναι δικό σας λάθος, είναι δουλειά του ιατρού να το σκεφθεί και να το αποκλείσει.
