Πρέπει να είναι σταθεροποιημένη η μυωπία πριν το LASIK λέιζερ;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 25 χρόνων, μου ανέβηκε πρόσφατα η μυωπία αλλά σκέφτομαι να κάνω λέιζερ, πρέπει να είναι σταθεροποιημένη η μυωπία ή όχι;; Με μέθοδο LASIK λέω να κάνω

Σε αυτή την ηλικία συνήθως έχει σταθεροποιηθεί η μυωπία . Το να αυξηθεί 0.25 σε σε βάθος πενταετίας δεν επηρεάζει . Επίσης είναι σημαντικό να διαπιστωθεί αν όντως υπάρχει πραγματική αύξηση ή απλώς οι μετρήσεις είναι αυξημένες λόγω προσαρμογής ή ψευδομυωπιας . Αυτό γίνεται με κυκλοπληγια εξέταση κατά την οποία ενσταλάζονται μυδριατικες σταγόνες που καταργούν την προσαρμογή και μετά γίνεται η μέτρηση της μυωπίας

Πρέπει να είναι σταθερή για τουλάχιστον 2ετη

Καλό είναι να έχει σταθεροποιηθεί. Μικρές αποκλίσεις κατά 0,25 δεν θεωρούνται αποτρεπτικός παράγοντας.
