Προβλήματα ούρησης και στένωμα ουρήθρας: Χρειάζεται ουρηθροσκόπηση;
Πήγα σε ουρολόγο για έλεγχο προστάτη, το psa είναι φυσιολογικό, το πρωί στην πρώτη ούρηση τα ούρα δεν έχουν έντονη ροή, και παρουσιάζεται μικρή διακοπή, καμία άλλη ενόχληση, μου έκανε ουρορομετρία και έδειξε μέσο όρο ροής 2,3 ml/s, μέγιστο σημείο ροής 3,8 ml/s, χρόνος μέχρι τη μέγιστη ροή 35,4s, ουρούμενος όγκος 164,8ml, υπολειπόμενο ούρων 150ml, όγκος κύστης 348,8ml, χρόνος ροής 67,4s, χρόνος ούρησης 68,4s και διαστήματα 1. Μου είναι δώσε urorec 8mgr, μου είπε ότι είναι πολύ ανησυχητική η κατάστασή μου γιατί υπάρχει στένωμα στο σωλήνα της ουρήθρας, μου έκλεισε ραντεβού για ουρηθροσκόπηση και γενικά μου είπε ότι είναι μια περίπτωση που απαιτεί δύσκολο χειρουργείο. Μπορώ να έχω την άποψή σας και την καθοδήγησή σας, δεδομένου ότι ζω σε μικρή επαρχιακή πόλη; Ευχαριστώ.

Πράγματι είναι απογοητευτικός ο τρόπος ούρησης.Σωστα θα πρέπει να γίνει ουρήθρακυστεοσκοπηση αξονική πυελογραφια ή και ουροδυναμικός ελεγχος
