Είναι τυχαίο εύρημα η αιμοσφαιρίνη σε γενική εξέταση ούρων;

Σε γενική εξέταση ούρων βρέθηκε αιμοσφαιρίνη( + ένας σταυρός ) , πυοσφαιρια σπάνια και ερυθρά λίγα ... Όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν φυσιολογικά στη γενική ούρων .Έκανα νοκ υπέρηχο κι όλα πάλι φυσιολογικά ... Μπορεί να είναι τυχαίο εύρημα η αιμοσφαιρίνη ;
