Γιατί να κάνω κολποσκόπηση πριν την κωνοειδή εκτομή τραχήλου;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι μητέρα 34 ετών, το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ Παπ είναι: τραχηλική Ενδοεπιθηλιακή βλάβη Μετρίου έως υψηλού βαθμού (cin 2-3), Hpv λοίμωξη του τραχήλου, υψηλόβαθμη ενδοεπιθηλιακή βλάβη τραχήλου μήτρας (hsil). Περιμένω κ το αποτέλεσμα του hpv - dna test Η ερώτηση μου είναι: Για ποιο λόγο πρέπει να προηγηθεί η εξέταση της κολποσκόπησης, πριν κάνω την κωνοειδή εκτομή του τραχήλου; Υπάρχει περίπτωση αυτή η εξέταση να αποκλείσει την αναγκαιότητα της επέμβασης ή έστω το μέγεθος που πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί; Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας, προηγείται για να επιβεβαιωθεί ιστολογικά ο βαθμός τη βλάβης και να καθοριστούν τα όρια εκτομής . Αν οι βιοψίες δείξουν χαμηλόβαθμη βλάβη CIN1 τότε δε χρειάζεται εκτομή

Καλησπέρα σας. Η κολποσκόπηση είναι απαραίτητη πριν την κωνοειδή γιατί δείχνει με ακρίβεια πού βρίσκεται και πόσο εκτεταμένη είναι η βλάβη. Έτσι, ο γιατρός σας θα ξέρει αν πράγματι χρειάζεται επέμβαση, πόσος ιστός πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί και αν μπορεί ίσως να γίνει πιο συντηρητική προσέγγιση.
