Στην εμμηνόπαυση συμβαίνει συχνά να ειναι φτωχή η κολπική χλωρίδα με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχουν ενοχλητικά συμπτώματα που δυσχεραίνουν την καθημερινότητα . Τι πρεπει επιτέλους να κάνουμε εμείς οι γυναίκες γύρω πανω από 50 , σε εμμηνοπαυση , που ήδη υπάρχει το προβλημα της κολπικής ξηρότητας , ώστε να ενισχύσουμε την χλωρίδα του κόλπου , προτου αρχίσουν οι κολπιτιδες , Ειδικά τώρα το καλοκαίρι με τη θάλασσα και τα μπάνια .Σας ευχαριστώ .

Καλησπέρα σας. Δυστυχώς, όντως στις γυναίκες στην εμμηνόπαυση η κολπική χλωρίδα είναι φτωχή κ αυτό οφείλεται στην έλλειψη των ορμονών. Άρα η κολπική χλωρίδα δεν μπορεί να ενισχυθεί γιατί αυτή συντηρείται ακριβώς από τις ορμόνες που παρήγαγαν οι ωοθήκες. Υπάρχουν όμως πολλές άλλες προσεγγίσεις όπως κολπικά οιστρογόνα, laser κλπ. Προφανώς χρειάζεται να εκτιμηθεί ποια θεραπεία αρμόζει στις ανάγκες κάθε γυναίκας ξεχωριστά.
