Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για βελτίωση συμπτωμάτων μετά θεραπεία ureaplasma?
Καλησπέρα σας . Μετά από έντονα συμπτώματα καύσου στο κόλπο και πολλές περίεργες εκκρίσεις έκανα Καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού. Βγήκα θετική στο ureaplasma /spp 10^5 και αρνητική στο mycoplasma . Ο γιατρός μου έγραψε 1 gr azytromicine μια δόση. Έκανα τη θεραπεία αλλά εδώ και 3 μέρες δεν έχω δει βελτίωση στα συμπτώματα . Μονο τη 1η μερα ενιωσα καλυτερα αλλα μετα τα συμπτώματα ξανα εμφανίστηκαν. Πόσο χρόνο παίρνει να περάσουν τα συμπτώματα μετά τη θεραπεία ? Μήπως έπρεπε να πάρω μεγαλύτερη δόση αντί για μόνη 1γρ? Σας ευχαριστώ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η αγωγή λαμβάνετε με βάση το αντιβιόγραμμα. Η δόση που πειρατε είναι πιθανό να μην σας έχει καλύψει εάν η αιτία όντως είναι το ουρεόπλασμα. Ο γυναικολογος σας όμως σίγουρα θα γνωρίζει καλύτερα αφού σας εξετασε και γνωρίζει το πλήρες ιστορικό σας. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
