Η καλλιέργεια κολπικου επιχρισματος έδειξε μέτρια ανάπτυξη Candida sp και μέτρια ανάπτυξη Strep.group B. Μου δόθηκε απο τη γυναικολόγο υποθετο lomexin (6 υπόθετα). Χρειάζεται θεραπεία και για το strep group b? ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο streptococcus group B, είναι ένα βακτήριο που δεν ανήκει στα σεξουαλικα μεταδιδομενα νοσήματα. Βρίσκεται συνήθως στην εντερική χλωρίδα και στο 25% των γυναικών και στην κολπική χλωρίδα χωρίς να προκαλεί συμπτώματα. Κατά συνέπεια η θεραπεία και εκριζωση του δεν είναι πάντοτε απαραίτητη εκτός από την περίπτωση που υπάρχει εγκυμοσύνη.
