παίρνω emconcor 2,5 κάθε πρωί και κατά λάθος πήρα και το βράδυ τι γίνεται τώρα. εγώ το βράδυ έπαιρνα ωμέγα3 και πριν κοιμηθώ μαγνήσιο τι κάνω τώρα. ευχαριστώ.

Τα ω-3 και το μαγνήσιο θα τα πάρεις κανονικά και θα μετρήσεις τους χτυπους της καρδιας σου 3-4ωρες μετά από τη στιγμή που το πήρες αν είναι κάτω από 48 το λεπτό θα πας νοσοκομείο αν είναι πάνω από 48 χαλάρωσε και άλλη φορά όχι τέτοια λάθη
