Θεραπεία για κολπική μαρμαρυγή χωρίς φάρμακα και διάρκεια λήψης xarelto;
Είναι 79 ετών, με πολύ καλό πλήρη πρόσφατο καρδιολογικό έλεγχο, φυσιολογικές βιοχημικές εξετάσεις, δεν έχω πίεση, ούτε άλλα χρόνια νοσήματα. Έχω χειρουργηθεί ca πρωκτού πριν 22 χρόνια, χωρίς προβλήματα μέχρι σήμερα. Πρόσφατα έπαθα κολπική μαρμαρυγή και έφθασα στους 180 σφυγμούς. Μου χορηγήθηκε όρος, και xarelto 20 mg καθημερινά, το οποίο μου έχει δημιουργήσει διαρροίες, και ατονία. Το holter 20 μέρες μετά την κολπική μαρμαρυγή έδειξε 7 έκτακτες κοιλιακές συστολές, 90 έκτακτες υπερκοιλιακές, και 58 σφυγμούς μέσο όρο. Υπάρχει άλλη θεραπεία ώστε να αποφύγω τα φάρμακα, κι αν όχι, πόσο καιρό πρέπει να τα παίρνω; Ευχαριστώ.
