Νόημα για νέο ablation σε μόνιμη κολπική μαρμαρυγή μετά COVID και ανεπάρκειες;
Καλημέρα σας, η μητέρα μου, 72 ετών, διαγνώστηκε με κολπική μαρμαρυγή το 2011, και έκτοτε υποβλήθηκε σε 2 ablation, εκ των οποίων το τελευταίο το 2021. Έκτοτε επανεμφανίστηκε η κολπική μαρμαρυγή (4 μήνες περίπου μετά το τελευταίο ablation), και, μετά από νόσηση με COVID, διαγνώστηκε και με μέτρια ανεπάρκεια της τριγλώχινας, καθώς και με ήπια ανεπάρκεια μιτροειδούς και αορτικής βαλβίδας. Η αγωγή της είναι Lopresor και Lasix. Θεωρείτε πως θα είχε νόημα ένα ακόμη ablation, δεδομένου ότι η Κ.Μ. είναι πλέον μόνιμη και μετά το τελευταίο ablation επανήλθε σε 4 μήνες; Πώς μπορεί να αποτραπεί η επιδείνωση της ανεπάρκειας;
