Μπορώ να λαμβάνω ρυθμονορμ χωρίς β αποκλειστή για κολπική ταχυκαρδία;
Μπορώ να λαμβάνω ρυθμονορμ από μόνο του χωρίς να λαμβάνω και β αποκλειστη σχετικά με επεισόδια κολπικης ταχυκαρδιας/μαρμαρυγης. Ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι είναι εντάξει και δεν υπάρχει κίνδυνος για μετατροπη σε πτερυγισμο εφοσον το ρυθμονορμ λειτουργεί και ως b blocker. Ευχαριστώ

Αν μόνο με το ρυθμονορμ πέφτουν αρκετά και οι χτυποι δεν χρειάζεται β αποκλείστηκε αλλιώς καλά θα ήταν να περνουμε εστω και σε μικρή δοση

Πολλα αντιαρρυθμικα έχουν και ασθενη δραση b blockers και Ca++ blockers αλλα διαφορετικη σε καθε καρδιακο ιστο. Για να επαναδιατυπωθει το ερωτημα σας :
Το ρυθμονορμ λοιπον μπορει να κανει τη μαρμαρυγη αδρή σαν πτερυγισμο και μαλιστα βραδυ πτερυγισμο ( πχ 180 apm) και πράγματι μπορεί να ευοδωσει την αυξηση της συχνοτητας αν αυτο ρωτάτε.
