Κολπική μαρμαρυγή μετά από covid: αξίζει το ablation στα 64;
Είμαι 64 ετών κι από το 4ον/2022 μου εμφανιστεί κολπική μαρμαρυγή, 20 μέρες από την πλήρη ανάρρωση από covid. Αρχικά δεν έπαιρνα αγωγή παρά όταν επαναλαμβανόταν πήγαινα στο νοσοκομείο για ανάταξη. Από άνοιξη του 2023 μπήκα σε αγωγή με ρυθμονορμ πρωί βράδυ και από Οκτώβρη του 2024 μου προστέθηκε 1 xarelto 20 και 1/2 concor5. Από Μάρτη 2024 έως τώρα έχω κάνει 18 κρίσεις ΚΜ, κάποιες φορές από αυτές οδηγήθηκαν στο νοσοκομείο, που τελικά μου είπαν να κάνω ablation, για να απαλλαγώ από φάρμακα και το ενοχλητικό σύμπτωμα. Παρακαλώ, δώστε μου την άποψή σας. Η συχνότητα κρίσης είναι περίπου 1-2 το μήνα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
