Είναι ασφαλής η μακροχρόνια χρήση clexane 6000 για τη γιαγιά μου με γαστρορραγία;
Η γιαγιά μου 92 ετών έχει ιστορικό γαστρορραγίας τον Απρίλιο μετά από χρήση σιντρομ τις πρώτες 10 ημέρες, από τότε δεν χρειάστηκε αντιπικτικο αλλά τώρα λόγω παροξυσμικης κολπικής μαρμαρυγής ο γιατρός συνεστισε clexane 6000 για μόνιμη χρήση, θέλω την γνώμη σάς!είναι ασφαλείς? Έγω ανησυχώ μην ξανά πάθουμε τα ίδια!!!

Μπορεί,αλλά αν δεν πάρει αντιπηκτικο έχοντας κολπική μαρμαρυγη αυξάνει πολύ ή πιθανότητα να πάθει εγκεφαλικό Δυστυχώς στην ιατρικη πολλές φορές ένα χάπι που κάνει κάπου καλό επηρεάζει αρνητικά κάτι άλλο απλά ζυγίζεις τα αρνητικά και τα θετικά

Το clexane είναι πιο ασφαλές από το sintrom αλλά και πάλι κάποιος κίνδυνος υπάρχει. Από την άλλη μεριά και η κολπική μαρμαρυγή έχει κινδύνους και μάλιστα σοβαρούς. Θα πρότεινα πάλι να κάνετε μια γαστροσκόπηση (ασχέτως ηλικίας) για να εκτιμηθεί καλύτερα ο πιθανός κίνδυνος.
