Καλησπέρα, είμαι γυναίκα 60 χρονών, έχω κολπική μαρμαρυγή και πίνω αντιπηκτικό Xarelto των 20mg. Την Τρίτη έχω ραντεβού για κολονοσκόπηση. Ο καρδιολόγος μου είπε να σταματήσω το Xarelto 2 ημέρες πριν την εξέταση. Για να μην είμαι ακάλυπτη είναι απαραίτητο αυτές τις 2 ημέρες να κάνω την ένεση Clexan;
