Atrial Fibrilaltion blocatens xarelto

Είμαι 54 ετών, παρουσίασα ενα επεισόδιο κολπικής μαρμαριγής το 2005 όπου ανατάχθηκα με ηλεκτρική ανάταξη χωρίς φαρμακευτική αγωγή μετά ξανά το 2021 όπου ξανά άνατάχθηκα με ηλεκτρική ανάταξη πάλι χωρίς φαρμακευτική αγωγή και φέτος τον Ιούνιο του 2024 ανατάχθηκα με διοισοφαγικο υπερηχογραφημα. Παίρνω Blocatens το πρωί 10 mg και xarelto 20mg το μεσημέρι. Οι γιατροί μου προτείνουν το ablation. Θα πρέπει να το κάνω ; είναι επικίνδυνο ; υπάρχει κάποια εναλλακτική ; επίσης το xarelto δεν με βοηθά καθόλου στο δεύτερο πρόβλημα μου που είναι οι αιμοροίδες. Σας ευχαριστώ
