Ενόχληση στον αριστερό όρχι χωρίς εξόγκωμα, 40 ετών, χρειάζεται ουρολόγο;
Καλησπέρα. Έχω μια μικρή ενόχληση στον αριστερό μου όρχι εδώ και λίγες ημέρες. Είναι σαν ένας μικρός απροσδιόριστος πόνος στο πίσω μέρος του όρχι και όχι μόνιμος. Δεν υπάρχει κάποιο εξόγκωμα ή αλλαγή στην εμφάνιση. Δεν με εμποδίζει σε κάποια δραστηριότητα ούτε έχω κάποιο πόνο όταν ουρώ ή όταν εκσπερματίζω. Απλά αυτή τη μικρή ενόχληση. Δεν είχα κάποιο χτύπημα ούτε σήκωσα κάτι πολύ βαρύ πρόσφατα. Επίσης έχω βγάλει κάποια μικρά μαύρα σημαδάκια σε κάποια σημεία στους όρχεις εδώ και λίγο καιρό και αρκετά νωρίτερα από την ενόχληση. Αυτό υποψιάζομαι ότι έχει να κάνει με το ξύρισμα της περιοχής. Δεν έχω κάποια σεξουαλική δραστηριότητα εδώ και λίγα χρόνια. Είμαι 40 ετών χωρίς κάποιο άλλο ιατρικό πρόβλημα. Πριν λίγες μέρες έκανα εξέταση αίματος και βγήκε φυσιολογική. Απλά βγήκαν λίγο αυξημένα τα Πολυμορφοπύρηνα ηωσινόφιλα (6,5%) και αυτό γράφει ότι ίσως έχει σχέση με κάποια παρασιτική λοίμωξη, οπότε δεν ξέρω αν σχετίζεται με το παραπάνω. Αν επιμείνει χρειάζεται να επισκεφτώ κάποιον ιατρό? Και τι ιατρό? Ουρολόγο?
