Αίσθημα καψίματος και τσιμπήματος μετά από επέμβαση κιρσοκήλης ανησυχητικό;

Πριν από ένα μήνα έκανα επέμβαση κιρσοκήλης στον αριστερό όρχι.Προσπαθησα να κρατήσω έναν άνθρωπο(αρκετών κιλών) για μην πέσει κάτω και χτυπήσει κι ένιωσα ένα τράβηγμα στην περιοχή.Με συνοδεύει έκτοτε και ανα διαστήματα μια αίσθηση καψίματος και σαν τσίμπημα στην περιοχή.Ειναι κάτι ανησυχητικό; Ευχαριστώ
