Πόσα κιλά μπορώ να σηκώνω μετά από 6,5 μήνες από επέμβαση βουβωνοκήλης;
Καλησπέρα σας. Στις 20/12/24 έκανα επέμβαση αμφο βουβωνοκήλης ρομποτικά με την τεχνική ETEP. Η ερώτησή μου είναι μετά από 6,5 μήνες και επειδή η εργασία μου είναι χειρωνακτική, μέχρι πόσα κιλά μπορώ να σηκώνω σε καθημερινή βάση με απόλυτη ασφάλεια και χωρίς να έχω τον φόβο κάποιας υποτροπής και πόσα κιλά να αυξάνω ανά μήνα από εδώ και πέρα; Σας ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας. Υ.Γ Όλο αυτό το διάστημα δεν έχω πάει σε κάποιον φυσικοθεραπευτή για να γίνει κάποια ενδυνάμωση της κοιλιάς και της βουβωνικής περιοχής.

Πρεπει να ρωτησετε το χειρουργο σας για τα κιλα και αν μπορειτε πλεον να κανετε προγραμμα ενδυναμωσης

Άνετα μπορείτε ως 30 κιλά.Περαιτέρω αύξηση αν δεν χρειάζεται μην προχωράτε. Ειδικός φυσικοθεραπευτής δεν χρειάζεται

1. Δεν χρειάζεται καμία φυσικοθεραπεία. 2. Δεν υπάρχει όριο σε κιλά, αλλά σωστός τρόπος που τα σηκώνουμε 3. Η ρομποτική χειρουργική είναι ίδια με την λαπαροσκοπική , καμία απολύτως διαφορά (εκτός απο την τιμή ....)
