Χειρουργείο κνήμης: νέκρωση δέρματος, πληγές δεν κλείνουν, τι να κάνω;
Γειά σας, έχω κάνει πριν από 3,5 μήνες χειρουργείο κνήμης περόνης με λάμες και βίδες και σε δύο σημεία είχε γίνει νέκρωση του δέρματος και οι πληγές δεν έχουν κλείσει ακόμα εκεί το ένα σημείο από τα δύο έχει και βάθος. Κάνω αλλαγές ανά μια βδομάδα δεν υπάρχουν σημάδια μόλυνσης. Τι πιστεύετε ότι έχει συμβεί και τι πρέπει να κάνω στη συνέχεια;
