Τι προκαλεί μυϊκό πόνο μετά από άσκηση με λάστιχα και σανίδα;

Καλησπέρα είχα κάταγμα στο ιερό οστό μαζί με οστικό οίδημα, μετά από 3,5 μήνες έχουν επουλωθεί, άρχισα το τρέξιμο σταδιακά εδώ δέκα μέρες, τις πρώτες μέρες με έπιασαν οι προσαγωγοί μου, μετά από κάτι ασκήσεις που έκανα δεν με ξαναπόνεσαν, αυτό που ήθελα να ρωτήσω μετά από κάτι ασκήσεις που έκανα στο γυμναστήριο όχι βάρη, λάστιχα σανίδα και απαγωγούς προσαγωγούς έχω ένα τσίμπημα πίσω σαν μυϊκός πόνος, πιστεύω ότι από το γυμναστήριο, θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας!!
