Πριν 4 χρόνια είχα κάταγμα κ εξάρθρωση αστραγάλου. Μπήκαν λάμες βίδες κ 2 βίδες σύνδεσμοι. Τώρα έβγαλα τα υλικά. Έχω οστεοχόνδρινες αλλοιώσεις αστραγάλου κ υπαρθρικές κύστες. Πονάω στο περπάτημα. Τι ν κάνω!
