Πότε θα μπορέσω να περπατήσω χωρίς πατερίτσες μετά από κάταγμα αστραγάλου;
Σημερα κλεινω μια εβδομαδα με καταγμα αστραγαλου στο αριστερο ποδι(επεσα στο πεζοδρομιο) οπου εχει τοποθετηθει γυψος και κυκλοφορω αποκλειστικα με πατεριτσες μεσα στο σπιτι. Ποτε θα μπορεσω με καποια ειδικη μποτα να περπατησω χωρις αλλη στηριξη;;

Καλησπερα σας. Συνηθως στις 6 εβδομάδες μετα το κάταγμα μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί περιπατητική μπότα. Ωστοσο πριν επιτραπεί η φορτιση απαιτείται απεικονιστική (ακτινογραφια οστού ) επιβεβαίωση της πορειας πωρωσης του οστού. Αυτό διενεργείται μετα απο καθοδήγηση του θεράποντας ιατρού.

Εξαρτάται από το είδος του καταγματος.
Σε σταθερά κατάγματα η φόρτιση με μπότα μπορεί να επιτραπεί σύντομα , σε ασταθή κατάγματα μετά από 6-8 βδομάδες

4 με 5 εβδομάδες είναι το χρονικό διάστημα για την πόρωση του κατάγματος σας. Αυτή την περίοδο δεν θα πρέπει να το πατάτε μέχρι και οι τελευταίες ακτινογραφίες να δείξουν την πλήρη ίαση
