Πριν μία εβδομάδα έπαθα κάταγμα του απω άκρου της κερκίδας. Στο νοσοκομείο που πήγα μου βάλαν γύψο και μου είπανε να το βγάλω μετά από τρεις εβδομάδες. επισκέφτηκα τον ιδιωτικό ορθοπεδικό ο οποίος με παρακολουθεί χρόνια και μου είπε να το βγάλω σε μία εβδομάδα. Τι κάνω????

Το πιθανότερο είναι να μην είναι κάτι που χρειάζεται μεγάλο χρόνο ακινητοποίησης κ ο ορθοπαιδικός σας να θέλει να σας "απαλλάξει" απ' το γύψο νωρίτερα
Σε μια βδομάδα βγάλτε το κ αν ενοχλεί μιλήστε με τον ορθοπαιδικό σας
