Πόσο χρειάζεται να φορέσω μπότα για ρωγμώδες κάταγμα έξω σφυρού;

Καλησπέρα σας έχω πάθει μικρό ρωγμωδες κάταγμα έξω σφυρου σύμφωνα με το πόρισμα της αξονικής που έκανα..έβαλα εξαρχής την μπότα. Και περπατώ με περπατούρα χωρίς να το παταω..πόσο χρονικό διάστημα πρέπει να τη φοράω και μετά όταν τη βγάλω πατάω κανονικά όπως πριν,κάνοντας ταυτόχρονα και φυσιοθεραπείες;
