Είχα αποσπαστικό κάταγμα του έξω σφυρού ένα χρόνο πριν και για έξι μήνες ήταν μια χαρά μέχρι που λίγο καιρό πριν πήγα σε ένα μάθημα ζούμπα Από τους κραδασμούς υποθέτω πονάει ξανά σε διάφορα σημεία όπως στην άρθρωση πριν το κουτουπιέ κ κατά μήκος της κνήμης. Είναι φυσιολογικό; Πότε να ανησυχήσω;
