Πόνοι και πρήξιμο μετά από Maisonneuve χειρουργείο και πάρεση νεύρου;
Καλησπέρα. Έχω κάνει χειρουργείο τύπου Maisonneuve στο δεξί μου πόδι. Παρουσίασα μετά το χειρουργείο πάρεση περονιαίου νεύρου και τώρα μετά από τρίμηνη φυσικοθεραπεία συνεχίζω να έχω αίσθημα βελονισμού, πόνους και πρήξιμο στο πόδι μου. Μόνο το μεγάλο δάκτυλο δεν μπορεί να κουνηθεί όπως πριν το χειρουργείο. Οι πόνοι είναι φυσιολογικοί;

Η πάρεση του νεύρου μπορεί να χρειαστεί και 6 μήνες ως 1 χρόνο να επανέλθει. Οπότε είναι φυσιολογικό. Αν έχετε πρόοδο με την φυσικόθεραπεία συνεχίστε. Υπομονή και επιμονή και θα επανέλθει. Καλή συνέχεια και περαστικά σας.

Ναι είναι φυσιολογικό ο πόνος και η υπαισθησια χρειάζεται μακροχρόνια αποκατάσταση

Θα έλεγα φυσιολογικοι.
Θα κάνετε υπομονή αρκετη , μέχρι κ ένα έτος , μέχρι να δείτε αν και πόσο θα αναλάβει το περονιαιο νεύρο.
Το ότι έχετε βελονιασματα κτλ είναι πάντως θετικο
