Μικρό κάταγμα έξω σφυρού: Πότε μπορώ να περπατήσω με νάρθηκα Aircast;
Καλησπέρα σας! Έπαθα μικρό κάταγμα έξω σφυρού ο γιατρός μου συνέστησε νάρθηκα Aircast! Σε πόσες μέρες μπορώ να αρχίσω να περπατάω;

Καλησπέρα σας και καλή ανάρρωση. Συνηθίζουμε να αποφορτίζουμε την περιοχή του κατάγματος ακόμη και σταθερού απαρεκτοπιστου κατάγματος . Μπορεί να επιτραπεί φόρτιση — αλλά προοδευτικά και μόνο αν το κάταγμα είναι σταθερό.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι:
Τις πρώτες μέρες μόνο με πατερίτσες, χωρίς να πατάτε με όλο το βάρος .Μετά από 5–7 μέρες αν ο γιατρός επιβεβαιώσει ότι δεν υπάρχει πόνος/αστάθεια, μπορείς να αρχίσετε μερική φόρτιση (να πατάτε δηλαδή ελαφρά με το Aircast).
Αν όλα πάνε καλά, σε 2–3 εβδομάδες γίνεται πλήρης φόρτιση με τον νάρθηκα και εφόσον γίνει μια απεικονιστική επιβεβαίωση με ακτινογραφία.

Ανάλογα με το κάταγμα , συνήθως κατ ελάχιστο μετά 4 εβδομάδες
