Κάταγμα έξω σφυρού: Πόνος μετά την αφαίρεση γύψου και χρήση μπότας;
Καλησπέρα, έπαθα κάταγμα έξω σφυρού με διάταση στις 04/09/2023 και σήμερα 07/10/2023 μετά από ένα μήνα μου έβγαλαν το γύψο και μου έβαλαν μπότα αλλά πονάω πολύ. Είναι φυσιολογικό?

Καλημέρα σας και καλή ανάρρωση.Αν υπάρχει διάσταση του οστού ισωσ Να χρειάζεται περισσότερο διάστημα να παραμείνει ο γύψος. Σε μεγάλο βαθμό ωστόσο είναι φυσιολογικό να πονάτε τις πρώτες μέρες μετά την αφαίρεση του γύψου.
Αυτό οφείλεται στο γεγονοσ ότι το πόδι ήταν ακινητοποιημένο για εβδομάδες και κατά συνέπεια οι μύες, οι σύνδεσμοι και οι αρθρώσεις έχουν «πιαστεί» και έχουν χάσει τη φυσική τους ελαστικότητα.Με τη φόρτιση και την κίνηση που αρχίσατε τώρα (έστω και με μπότα), οι ιστοί «ξυπνούν» και αντιδρούν με πόνο, δυσκαμψία και πρήξιμο.Το οίδημα και ο πόνος γύρω από τον αστράγαλο παραμένουν συχνά για αρκετές ημέρες έ...ως εβδομάδες.
