Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για να υποχωρήσει η δυσκαμψία μετά από χειρουργείο στον αστράγαλο και αν χρειάζονται φυσιοθεραπείες;
Καλημέρα σας. Χειρουργήθηκα μετά από πτώση που είχα από σκάλες. Βάλαμε 6 βίδες στον έξω σφυρό στον αστράγαλο. Έμεινα ακινητοποιημένη 4 εβδομάδες. Από την Πέμπτη εβδομάδα έως και την έκτη φόρεσα την μπότα τώρα την έχω βγάλει και είναι 2-3 μέρες που το περπατάω κανονικά. Υπάρχει μία δυσκαμψία σαν αγκυλώση. Θα ήθελα να ξέρω περίπου σε πόσες μέρες θα υποχωρήσει αυτό κι αν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάποιες φυσιοθεραπείες κατά τη γνώμη σας. Ο γιατρός μου μου είπε να περπατήσω ένα μήνα κανονικά και ότι μπορεί να μη χρειαστεί να κάνω.Ευχαριστώ πολύ
