Στις 11 Μαρτιου έπαθα τρισφυριο καταγμα στο αριστερό ποδι και καταγμα εξω σφυρο στο δεξί πόδι, έχουν τοποθετηθεί λάμες και βίδες στη ποδοκνημικη και στα 2 ποδια. Αυτή τη στιγμή περπατάω αλλά νιώθω πιασμενους τους μηρούς μου και πονανε όταν περπατάω με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχω ελευθερία κινήσεων και να αισθανομαι τα ποδια μου βαριά και δεν μπορω να περπατησω οπως περπατουσα πριν το ατυχημα. Μπορώ να ξεκινήσω τρέξιμο και γυμναστήριο ώστε να ξεπιαστω; Θα επανελθουν στην αρχικη καατασταση πριν το ατυχημα? Κάνω καθιστική εργασια 8ωρο. Σας ευχαριστώ.

I have booked a concert to go to in a couple of days, I won't be standing I will be sitting and laying so I won't put pressure on it throughout the concert. I bruised my ribs Tuesday after an accident. Is it normal that today the pain is heavier than the days before?

Hi! My coughing has now stopped after almost 3 weeks. Now I have a lot of pain in my ribs in my right site. It hurts a lot when I for example laugh or cough. In general it hurts a lot when I do any kind of movement. Is this like a “aftermath” of the constantly coughing I had?
