Πόνος και ερυθρότητα μετά από διάστρεμμα ποδοκνημικής, πρήξιμο με πάγο - τι να κάνω;
Γειά σας! Είχα πάθει διάστρεμμα ποδοκνημικης και είχα ακινητοποιήσει το πόδι μου για 1μιση μήνα σε μπότα - νάρθηκα. Σήμερα που μιλάμε έχει περάσει 1 μήνας, περπατάω χωρίς τη χρήση πατερίτσας αλλά το πόδι μου ακόμα πονάει, και είναι ερυθρό. Επίσης όταν του βάζω πάγο όπως μου έχει πει ο φυσικοθεραπευτης μου πρήζετε. Μπορώ να δοκιμάσω κάτι άλλο;

Διάστρεμμα ποδοκνημικής και ακινητοποίηση ενάμιση μήνα είναι υπερβολή λόγω αυτής της υπερβολής έχετε αυτά τα προβλήματα όταν έχετε ένα πρόβλημα που θέλει 15 μέρες κι εσείς το ακινητοποιείται ενάμιση μήνα θα έχετε τέτοια προβλήματα

Μερικές φυσιοθεραπείες θα βοηθούσαν...αν επιμείνουν τα ενοχλήματα θέλει νεο έλεγχο

Είναι συνηθισμένο μετά από βαριά διαστρέμματα -παρ ότι στον 1,5 μήνα μπορεί κανείς να περπατήσει - να υπάρχουν πρηξιματα κ λειτουργικά ενοχλήματα για αρκετές βδομάδες ακόμη.
Θα έλεγα να κάνετε υπομονή, αν ωστόσο ανησυχείτε θα πρέπει να σας δει εκ νέου ορθοπαιδικός
