Πόνος στο 5ο μετατάρσιο μετά από 5,5 εβδομάδες σε ειδικό παπούτσι και αλλαγή καιρού στη Γερμανία
Εχω σπασιμο στο 5ο μεταταρσιο τυπου 2 εδω και 5,5 εβδομαδες. Ολο τον καιρο ημουν σε ειδικο παπουτσι και χωρις καθολου πονο. Το εβγαλα πριν τρεις μερες και αρχισα να βαδιζω σιγα σιγα και με προσοχη. Απο χτες εχω πονο οταν το παταω στο μεταταρσιο! Βεβαια ειχαμε και μια αποτομη αλλαγη καιρου εδω στη γερμανια.
