Αντιπηκτική αγωγή με πέτρες στα νεφρά και ράγισμα επιγονατίδας στα 60
Γεια σας . Είναι 60 χρόνων, έχω πέτρες στα νεφρά και δυστυχώς από χθες ένα ράγισμα στην επιγονατίδα. Το πόδι μπήκε σε νάρθηκα για ένα μήνα και μου χορηγήθηκε αντιπηκτική αγωγή. Διάβασα στο φύλλο οδηγιών πως δεν χορηγείται όταν υπάρχουν πέτρες στους νεφρούς. Είναι απαραίτητη αυτή η αγωγή όσο έχω τον νάρθηκα? Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας δεν μου γράφετε τι αντιπηκτική αγωγή σας προτείνετε ο γιατρός σας,γράψτε μου παρακαλώ αν είναι ενέσιμο (ηπαρίνη για παράδειγμα clexane ασφαλές αν είναι χάπια όπως xarelto επίσης δεν επιδεινώνει την νεφρολιθίαση το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι ότι αν μετακινηθεί υπάρχον λίθος μπορεί να κάνει αιματουρία.Οπότε αυτό το βλέπετε.Πηστευω ότι είναι σωστό να πάρετε αντιπηκτική αγωγή γιατί ακινητοποιείται το πόδι και υπάρχει κίνδυνος θρόμβωσης.Με προσοχή λοιπόν ,να πίνετε αρκετό νερό γιατί το φάρμακο αποβάλλεται κατά 35%από τους νεφρούς.Ελπιζω να σας βοήθησα.Καλή ανάρρωση και Ευχαριστώ πολύ
