Αιμάτωμα και φούσκωμα στον γοφό μετά από τροχαίο: Πότε να ανησυχήσω;
Καλησπέρα. Μετά από τροχαίο έπεσα και χτύπησα στον αριστερό γοφό. Μια εβδομάδα μετά έχω αιμάτωμα ψηλά στο μπούτι και λίγο πιο πάνω στο ύψος του γοφού έχω ένα φούσκωμα το οποίο είναι πολύ μαλακό. Δεν με ενοχλεί καθόλου. Είναι νωρίς για να ανησυχήσω ή να περιμένω λίγες μέρες ακόμα πριν πάω στο γιατρό; Σας ευχαριστώ.

Καλημέρα σας και καλή ανάρρωση. Αυτο που περιγράφετε είναι πιθανό να είναι υποδόριο αιμάτωμα (δηλαδή συλλογή αίματος και υγρού κάτω από το δέρμα). Το γεγονός ότι είναι μαλακό και ανώδυνο είναι σχετικά καθησυχαστικό, αλλά υπάρχουν μερικά σημεία που πρέπει να έχετε υπόψη:
α) Πονος που εμφανίζεται και επιδεινωνεται χρειάζεται διερεύνηση. β) Εαν το οίδημα μεγαλώνει αντι να μειώνεται. γ) Επισης καλο θα ηταν να γίνει ενα υπερηχογραφημα μαλακων μορίων ωστε να εκτιμηθεί το μέγεθος του αιματωματος και να αποκλειστεί βαριά μυικη θλάση ή κακωση τενόντων της περιοχής.

Είναι αιμάτωμα , συλλογή αίματος κάτω από το δέρμα.
Αν είναι μεγάλο πιθανόν να μη μπορεί να απορροφηθεί κ να χρειαστεί κάποια παρακέντηση
