Σκληρή θηλή και πόνος στο δεξί μαστό, πιθανότητα κακοήθειας;

Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 29 ετών περιμένω να αδιαθετήσω το πρόβλημα είναι ότι στη θηλή του δεξί μαστού έχει σκληρύνει η θηλή και νιώθω πόνο αλλά συμπτώματα δεν έχω δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω για ανακούφιση;; υπάρχει περίπτωση κακοήθειας;;;;;; ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ προκαταβολικά να είστε καλά
