Καρκίνος μαστού: τι σημαίνουν οι καθαροί λεμφαδένες για την πρόγνωση;
Καλησπέρα! Πρόσφατα διαγνώστηκα με καρκίνο του μαστού. Οι λεμφαδένες χωρίς ύποπτα απεικονιστικά αλλά και κλινικά ευρήματα. Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει αυτό για την πρόγνωση. Θα κάνω βέβαια όλες τις προβλεπόμενες εξετάσεις. Σας ευχαριστώ!

Με βάση τα πρώτα στοιχεία η πρόγνωση είναι καλή. Για πλήρη εικόνα χρειάζονται παραπάνω στοιχεία από την βιοψία (ορμονικοί υποδοχείς κ.ά.) που θα δείξουν την ταυτότητα του όγκου και την δυνητική συμπεριφορά του.
Εύχομαι καλή επιτυχία και να είστε αισιόδοξη. Με τα σημερινά δεδομένα η έκβαση της νόσου μπορεί να είναι πολύ καλή
