Τι να κάνω μετά από βιοψία προστάτη με PIN και ASAP κύτταρα στα 54?

Καλησπέρα σας Είμαι 54 ετών Μετά από χρόνια παρακολούθησης του προστάτη με εξετάσεις PSA (στα δέκα χρόνια αυτά το PSA πήγε από 4 στο 6) και αρκετές πολυπαραμετρικές που δεν έδειχναν κάτι συγκεκριμένο PIRAD ΙΙ, τον περασμένο Νοέμβριο μετά από εξέταση PSA με 8,89 nmg έκανα ξανά πολυπαραμετρική όπου ήταν πάλι χωρίς συγκεκριμένη ένδειξη PIRAD II. Μετά από 3 μήνες έκανα βιοψία, η οποία ανίχνευσε ορισμένα PIN και ASAP κύτταρα. Τι πρέπει να κάνω στη συνέχεια??
