Τι να κάνω με αυξημένο PSA 0.24 μετά από ριζική προστατεκτομή;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν από 8 έτη (67 ετών) έκανα ανοιχτή ριζική προστατεκτομή. PSA 9, Gleason 7 (4+3). Τα 2 πρώτα έτη PSA 0.01. Μετά σταδιακά έφτασε στις 2 τελευταίες μετρήσεις PSA 0.22 & 0.24. Τι κάνω? Σας ευχαριστώ για κάθε οδηγία που θα μου δώσετε.

Καλημέρα σας , αν και θα πρέπει να έχω μια καλύτερη εικόνα του ιστορικού σας και της αγωγής που έχετε λάβει γενικά δεν πρέπει να αγχωθείτε μπορείτε να περιμένετε μέχρι το psa να πάει 0,5 ώστε να κάνετε μια απεικόνιση που ονομάζετε pet PSMA.
