Θεραπεία καρκίνου προστάτη PIRADS 5, Gleason 8, ηλικία 78, εναλλακτικές;

Καλησπέρα. Ηλικία 78 ετών η μαγνητική έδειξε αλλοίωση κατηγορίας PIRADS 5 με πολύ πιθανή έξω προστατική επέκταση. Η βιοψία Gleason score 8 κ Grade group 4. Ο γιατρός συνέστησε LUTRAK κ μια ένεση ανά τρίμηνο αφού δεν είναι εγχειρήσιμος. Υπάρχει κάτι άλλο να κάνουμε κ πόσο μπορεί να κρατήσει αυτή η θεραπεία;;; Ευχαριστώ πολύ..
