Καλησπέρα, μετα απο ριζική προστατεκτομή,σε εξέταση στο 6 μηνο ο δεικτης psa ειναι 0.02 ενώ στο 3 μηνο ήταν 0.01. Συνιστά υποτροπή ή πιθανότητα υποτροπής? Σταδιο 3Β μετα την ιστολογική μετά το χειρουργείο (3+4 gleason score, οχι 4+3). Προ χειρουργείου η βιοψία ειχε δείξει 3+3 και σταδιο 1.
